Fox has offically announced a September 15th release for X-Men Origins: Wolverine.  Starring Hugh Jackman, Liev Schreiber, and Ryan Reynolds.  Available in a standard single disc release, a 2-Disc Special Edition and a 2-Disc Blu-ray version.
