Well the event that all the new marvel films have been leading up to is one step closer to being a reality. We all knew from the after credits scene of Iron Man that an Avengers movie was coming eventually and now we have word that Joss Whedon will be directing the full length super [...]
The Fantastic Mr. Fox ( Blu-ray )
Wes Anderson is definitely an extraordinary film maker, with 5 films under his belt he decided to tackle his first animated feature. An adaptation of the Roald Dahl classic The Fantastic Mr. Fox, but rather than go the traditional animated route by either doing hand drawn or CG animation; Anderson decided to [...]
Late 80’s / early 90’s action movies are back! Well at least they are in this movie. Sly rounds up the top action stars and lets loose. The only person missing from this flick is Vin Diesel. Enough talk, more watch!

On Earth Day April 22, 2010. 20th Century Fox will release the first of no doubt MANY editions of James Cameron’s Avatar. This will be a bare bones edition, so bare bones in fact that it will not have any kind of menu, or company title cards. The reasoning for this is to dedicate as [...]

The A-Team starts Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Distric 9’s Sharlto Copley & MMA star Quinton “Rampage” Jackson. This newest entry in the TV-to-Movie remake is directed by Joe Carnahan the man behind Narc & Smoking Aces.
It has become sort of a tradition here at the end of the year/beginning of the following year that I go through my favorite film releases of the year, and this year is no different. 2009 turned out to be a very good year when it came to smaller movies, though there were a couple of pretty good tent pole releases but for the most part they failed to deliver the goods, and as usual the…
