War for Cybertron Trailer

Here’s the full length trailer for a new Transformers game, set on their home planet of Cybertron before the big bots came down to earth . Now normally I tend not to get my hopes up for licensed games but what I’m hoping is that with the success of Batman Arkham Asylum publishers have realized that combining an amazing IP with a really well made game pays back in spades.

I’ll tell you one thing… this trailer sure does look awesome. It’s retro with a modern twist, they took the iconic elements from the bots we loved and just spruced them up and gave them Cybertronian forms. There are no signs of the super sharp over designed bots from the movies here. If you pay close attention to the trailer you’ll even see Trypticon and Omega Supreme!
